Fat Loss Foods - 3 Steps To Losing Weight With Chili

Eating is by far the most important aspect to consider when wanting to lose fat. That being mentioned, the particular foods that you eat will determine whether or not you end up reaching your fat loss goal. Chili is 1 of the most effective fat loss foods in the world and will fast track your progress if you use it. Follow these 3 simple steps to heat up your food and your results:

1. Don't Combine Chili With Meat - A lot of chili dishes are usually served with ground beef and ground pork. This is unfortunate, as ground beef and ground pork are both very high in saturated fats. This in turn can contribute to you putting on even more fat and be counterproductive to your fat loss goals. If you absolutely cannot shun meat in favour of vegetarian alternatives, then try to stick to lighter meats, such as chicken breast or turkey. These meats have practically no fats and will provide your body with lean protein to recover from your workouts.

One of my favourite fat loss foods is "Nando's Piri Piri Turkey Breast". Just simply marinate the turkey breast in the piri piri marinade for a few hours and then combine with your favourite vegetables and serve.

2. Do Combine With Beans and Tomatoes - Both beans and tomatoes are very low in calories, have basically no fats and beans are also loaded with protein. Beans are also packed with fibre, while tomatoes have a very high content of vitamin C. And the most important part: They both compliment chili perfectly. If you like South American foods, then this is perfect for you, as it incorporates a lot of these ingredients into the dishes.

3. Healthy Add-Ons - Try to avoid the usual additions, such as sour cream, cheese and corn chips, as these are all very high in fats and packed with calories. The good thing is that there are always alternatives. You can replace the sour cream with guacamole, the unhealthy cheese with low-fat cheddar cheese and the corn chips with a whole-grain alternative. Don't forget about all of the tasty vegetables, such as cucumber, onion and peppers that will help to cleanse your blood and leave your body in peak health.

At the end of the day, chili can be added to pretty much any meal you like in order to make it both tastier and healthier. The more chili that you can handle, the better. Also, if you are looking for even more variety and want some more fat loss foods, try adding some jalapeños or cayenne pepper to your meals.
