It's common knowledge that regular exercise improves your looks and improves your health. However, no matter how true this is, the majority of people are not necessarily motivated by this knowledge.
Many of us live with the nagging feeling that we are neglecting an important contributor to our figure or physique. The health issue gets shoved aside.
This is especially bothersome if we used to be very physically active in our earlier years.
But even if they decide to increase their physical activity, most people are not well-informed about the best way to exercise, how long and how intense they should exercise.
Another issue is how to stay motivated. A sedentary person will find it difficult to spend an hour a day exercising.
Making people aware that lack of exercise will result in deteriorating health and appearance over time is not likely to get them into the gym for an hour several times per week.

Smart Exercises
But what if it were possible to exercise no more than 15 minutes every other day, and still get great results? This would certainly make it easier to get the "couch potatoes" on the move again.
Recent studies have shown that it is not only possible to exercise for only 15 minutes per workout, but that you can get measurable appearance and health improvements doing this.
The studies show that you can perform a high intensity workout for 15 to 20 minutes every other day, and get as good or better results in health and fitness than people who perform a moderate intensity workout for at least an hour 3 times per week.
⇆
Save Workout Time
The "secret" to the short workout system is to perform high intensity exercises for 30 seconds to the point that you are out of breath, your heart is racing, and you can't hardly wait to stop. This is followed by 2 minutes in a moderate, comfortable exercise pace.
After catching your breath during the 2 minutes of normal intensity exercising, you begin another 30 seconds of super intense exercise, repeating the alternating phases for 15 to 20 minutes.
Six sets of alternating high intensity exercise followed by 2 minutes of moderate intensity can be done in 15 minutes. For even better results, you can do 10 sets in 20 minutes.
⇆
Appearance and Fitness
The overall appearance, health and fitness improvement is very similar whether you do an hour workout at the usual "normal" pace, or whether you do a 15 to 20 minute high intensity workout.
The exciting part of these findings is that a person who is severely limited in available time to go exercise can use this high intensity method to stay healthy and fit at any age.
No more excuses that you lack the time to exercise!
An interesting aspect of this exercise methods is that you can do this at a gym or at home.
⇆
Prevent Pain and Injury
Also, as we age we tend to develop issues with back pain, joint pain or pain from past injuries. In such cases, you can use swimming as the mode of exercise, and can stay healthy and fit just as if you were going to the gym.
⇆
Swim Your Way to a Slim, Toned Body
By swimming as the exercise of choice, you can continue to use the high intensity exercise technique, while protecting joints and muscles from pain or further injury. Plus exercising in a fun environment.

And you will look slim and trim at any age!
My name is Juan Rademacher. I was thrilled to discover an exercise method that requires a quarter of the time needed for the traditional hour long workout. The results of this high intensity method are equal to, or better than the hour long sessions.
This is great news for people caught in the time demands of today's fast paced lifestyle. All they need is 15 minutes 3 time per week to get slim and trim.
